Dots on Browsers, IE11 and Google Chrome

    Good day,

I am trying to help a user that has White dots on her browser sessions, she is using IE11 and google chrome, she sees the dots on both browsers.
the other apps on her laptop, are ok, no dots, displays fine.
what I have done so far to troubleshoot this:

    1. update video driver
    2. delete the settings for IE and Chrome in the user profile
    3. restarted laptop

next thing to try is to login as myself and see if I see the dots on the browser. the user is remote, in Texas, I am in upstate NY. I am also considering uninstalling chrome and IE 11 and reinstalling, but I don't think that will help.

I gotta be honest on this, this is the 1st time I ever saw this issue.

    Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
    Both browsers have options
ie11 go to Internet options/ Advanced and check Use software rendering instead of gpu rendering.

Chrome in it's setting Advanced I believe Use hardware acceleration when available which you can uncheck.

    Hi,
It would be better to upload a jpeg or png picture file than a doc file.
    Save as ....
