Does any browser do all this?
I'm looking for a browser that will let me (a) save pages as single files such as mht or maff and let me e-mail actual pages (not just URLs). The only one I know that does both is Internet Explorer, but I dislike it for various reasons.

Firefox has an add-on that will let you save webpages as .mht files, and let you open them, too.
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/unmht/ If you want to email the page, you could probably send the .mht file as an attachment. Is that what you need? |

That would be a useful workaround, but still far less convenient than simply sending the page. Various FireFox extensions have managed that but, every time, the next iteration of FF rendered them useless.
