Google is blocking some Emails

Hi Folks,
I am unsure where this should be, so as it concerns mail I put it here.
First of all, are your mails being blocked by your mail provider without getting to your Spam/Junk folder?

The image below is the ones sent to me from Camelot, the people who run the UK'S National Lottery. They never got to my Spam/Junk folder?
