Thanks for getting back. I will leave things as they are & see if MS fix the problem in a future Office update.
Mail app doesnt launch when clicked on. Icon appears normal.

I downloaded the dump files, which are attached. I had some trouble from time time but today the PC is not starting anymore. It crashed and since then only goes to safe mode or throws a BSOD.

All of a sudden I have this problem where I right click on the Internet Explorer Icon on the taskbar and there isn't a Frequent list anymore. I used to have a list but now I must have accidentally done something.

This problem started just last night, I was working on changing the three audio jacks into 5.1 surround outputs. After I was done, anytime I clicked on the normal volume icon, either right or left click, it pops up the "Line In Properties" dialog.
On left click, it also shows the normal volume...
Really weird, see attachment.. Tried resetting the icon cache. It's like this on all of my desktop icons.. any ideas?
