What version of seamonkey is better to use?

SeaMonkey 2.40 is getting old. They are suppose to release either 2.42 or 2.44 July 2016. My question since Seamonkey release is getting old. Which is better to use the 2.42 or 2.44 Aurora version or keep using 2.40 stable.

Thank you for your help in advance.

Update 2.42 has been pulled. So my question now is which is better to use 2.44 Aurora or keep using 2.40 stable?

As the website clearly states, the Aurora builds are for testing purposes only. The software has not been fully tested and is potentially unstable. It is primarily intended for developers and others who wish to test and report any bugs that are found. The Aurora builds are not intended for general use.

I would stay with 2.40 stable. Aurora/Nightly builds are alpha state software that might exhibit issues. Unless you want yo test and report stuff...
