I have buffering problems on RT news site Ive asked them about it and why some links dont work (only rarely)but they replied that the links work for them? Ive made sure I have updated Java and Adobe flashplayer. I have an optical fiber cable on 25MB download and 5MB upload, it works flawlessly on every other site but this one.Ive run sfc/scannow command and that was OK but now Im out of ideas? Would it be my software or theirs that would cause this?
Have you check with your ISP is there any block &or something else.
Maybe you could state the website here so that to see if there is problem or not.
This did happen before with my ISP.
One wrote that unable to connect to a website.
I go thru the ISP, it is unable to reach, error.
I use VPN (with related to ISP) and there is no problem.
But after sometimes, few days or so, the problem had go away.
Sometime it work, sometime it do not work.
The site is RT news, its a Russian financed news site where you get the other side of the story. I forgot to mention that I have Firefox browser thats up to date.Ill check with my ISP.
