Links to download are here: Windows Live Essentials Offline Installers for ALL languages

EDIT: Links are working - just copy and paste/

    Here is WLE 2012:

NOTE: I don't personally use WLE. If you've got a problem with a particular component you will (probably) need to:

Open Control Panel and click on "Programs and Features" icon.

You'll see Windows Essentials 2011 in the installed programs list. Click on it and then click on "Uninstall/Change" button in the toolbar.

Click on "Remove one or more Windows Essentials programs" option.

Uncheck anything you want to keep.

Reboot then run the WLE offline installer then click on "Choose the programs you want to install" and choose only programs that are not currently installed if you want them.

If anyone else knows more please post. As stated I do not use WLE.

    Hi Callender
Those links have expired my end but if anyone can locate the windows-live-essentials-2011-offline-installers-i would appreciate that at some point

The 2011 installer is for vista only and despite this app is no longer applicable for download 'it does however work well from the offline installer albeit you have to manually input the server details

I have brought it back to life and although vista is on it's last leg's is is still very much used by those just needing something simple as email for example

anyhow thanks once again and as i say if anyone comes across a copy of the offline installer then please let me know
    thanks

Hi Nick, I can't seem to find the offline installer for 2011 although I do have the offline installer for 2012. Would that be of any use to you?

I've recently stopped using it and switched to Fossamail, as all my Hotmail accounts have now switched over to the new Outlook. Fossamail seems to handle IMAP a little better, in my opinion. Has a lot more options.

Thanks but this is for a specific purpose running vista 'and only the 2011 offline installer would be appropriate for installation :)

It's possible I might have it on one of my older systems. I'm sure I kept it around somewhere. Won't be able to check that system until tomorrow though, if you can hang on? Those offline installers don't appear to be that easy to find now.

It is ok i have located the offline installer I forgot that it's part of the MSN Messenger Live Essentials 2011 bundle

the build number for future reference is Version 2011 (Build 15.4.3555.0308) which i believe was the last build for Live Essentials 2011 bundle ?

Okay I tried the download link but did not realize it was for Vista.

All doenload links that I can find actually lead to the web installer. I'll keep searching.

MSM Live Essentials link still works!

Three days of looking for Windows Essentials or any way to get the Windows Photo Gallery after having to replace my hard drive. Thank you for the link to MSM Essentials. Now if I can only find a Microsoft Works 2011 link that works. By the way I have Windows 8.1 and it seems to be working fine for me.

Download MSN Messenger Live Essentials 2011 15 (Offli for Windows - OldVersion.com
