Cannot open bank statements from IE & Chrome


I cannot open bank statements and anything else that opens up an additional pdf screen as shown below:

It does however work on Firefox, just not on IE & Chrome.

Any idea?

RE: Chrome. I don't use it but try this. Type chrome://plugins in the address bar and press Enter. See if it lists any PDF viewer plugin and check if it's set to disabled.

How to download bank statements
OK...I give up; with Win7 and IE8; when I log into my bank account and try to download the pdf file of my statement; it says that it cannot do it for security reasons. I've tried everything I can think of. What do I have to change to allow it to download these pdf files? Thanks, / GE
