Windows live

What is the latest windows live email program? Also where can I find it.
The reason I am asking this is someone on another site said that I may need the newer version because There is a button that I can use to instantly check my emails with out using the f5 button.

You should be able to download Windows Essentials 2012, which includes Windows Live Mail, at this MS website. This is the latest version.

Note the message at the top of the website that says Support for Windows Essentials will end in Jan 2017.
