Hi NetworkGuy,
Nothing wrong with that report.

We can try using the OFFLINE install, from this link, scroll down to English version.

download package, Disconnect from internet, run, REBOOT.

Do you have any other language packs installed.

No other language packages installed.

Same problem with the offline installer.

I am not sure what change I made, but I finally got IE11 to install.

That's great news!
Be sure to run a manual check for updates, as there's likely at least one important IE11 security update (the cumulative roll-up).
