Windows 7: Getting the runaround from Ebay login password prompts

Windows 7 x64 Ultimate

It's the way the prompt box is marked that took me way off track.
A google search got this reply from Firefox so confusion played a big part.

Which old login is there to delete-- ?

After changing ISP's I have been going through password hell at a lot
