Hello boohbah

3.55 is the latest upgrade.

It should tell you on the right hand side of the page, if it's compatible

Do ANY of the other add-on state something like 3,52 or 3.53?

Close out your browser, check task manager to make sure it is still not in the list.

Now download this freeware utility that cleans your computer:

CCleaner - Download

Download it from filehipp,com

Now click the application tab and make sure Firefox has all boxes checked, unless you want to save form information.

Then restart your computer and give it another try.
