MS has been making changes to Email servers.
If you're using MAPI you probably need to change it to IMAP or POP3.

Office Outlook connector works for me, i have:
  • MS Office Outlook 2010
  • Outlook.com and Hotmail.com email addresses
  • Accounts are setup using IMAP

I'm not sure what you have, looked at, or tried.
I posted my setup in Post #2

Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features
In that list right click on Office Outlook and Outlook Connector.

Can you Change/Repair or Repair these programs ?
