Windows 7: Windows 7 Laptop Crash on Websites with JavaScript

Windows 7 Laptop Crash on Websites with JavaScript

By crash I mean shuts down and automatically restarts with the "didn't shut done properly" screen with the 30 second countdown. There is no BSOD.
I've uninstalled/reinstalled browsers, Java and Flash. Still happens with Chrome and Firefox.
Aside from a repair install or rebuilding the laptop from scratch with a clean install, anyone have any suggestions?
