Disable No Automatic Filtering in Outlook 2016

hi. i have a similar problem i want to disable in outlook 2016 not the whole junk button just the no automatic filtering. which is located junk-->junk options-->No Automatic Filtering i just want that option greyed out. And i want to do that from the registry. Can anyone help me ?

Outlook 2016 hangs at "processing" after Windows 7 update, Feb 9, 2016
"Patch Tuesday" broke our install of Outlook 365. It was working fine on Monday and on Tuesday it was hanging on "Processing." So I restored back to the last restore point before the update and it worked great after that. Yesterday it re-installed the updates, and again Outlook didn't load....
