Is it CORRECT for DBX to PST conversion?

Dear folks, I'm a new comer here. My question is this: is it possible to convert DBX to PST format without spending money? I mean when I search on Google, I just get a big list of paid commercialware tools. Though most of them are available with free demo/trial version, but with a limitation. I don't wanna spend my money on them. Also, I've seen few users recommend some manual trick for this purpose, i.e. DBX to PST conversion. I actually found this thread - recommended .dbx to .pst converter

Here Kari "An Angry Old Man", has suggested something which sounds relevant. But still I'm not sure about that. I've also found a couple of blog posts in which authors provide good information. One such is Convert DBX to PST Format Manually - 3 Easy Steps

Let me be very frank here, I'm not a tech-savvy at all. I don't deal with such problems often. So you guys please go through the information shared there on the URLs, and let me know.

Any help would be appreciated.
