Unable to find a Send To protocol in the Set Associations list

I need to be able to email files via my email client, but in the list of protocols the necessary one is missing. See screenshot. How do I get it to appear so I can choose the appropriate client?

Using Win 7 Pro with OE Classic email programme. (this problem is also on my wifes 8.1 OS)
