    gmail login

Hi Everyone, I have this weird problem with gmail since the new sign in was introduced. I will click gmail

from google homepage to sign in, I type in my email address, and it goes flying back to google homepage.

I have tried from the sign in to your account tab, and I get invalid request. This is from IE11.

I decided to try from Firefox and get the same result. At the moment I am signing in by typing gmail into

either browser. I had added to Firefox the latest gmail panel for Firefox homepage toolbar, and it was

working fine, but now does not work. I thought the new sign in was faster, not for me.

Hello ThrashZone, Thank you for that. I will use the url you posted, as it is becoming a pain trying the usual

    way.

    Hi,
Google removed the option to not remember you "installs cookies automatically" I would usually uncheck that.

Thank you again ThrashZone. The invalid request has gone. In IE11 I clicked internet options, privacy,

sites, and added https://www.google.com.au, and am now getting into gmail. It flicked back to the

homepage once, but I will have to keep playing with it.

Hello ThrashZone, I have found my answer. I changed Mozilla Start Page to Google Homepage, and pressed

gmail from there, signed in, and it did not take me back to the google homepage. It does not matter to me

which browser I log in to gmail from, so will just use Firefox for gmail.
