Hi fits79, In Firefox to get the icon in windows files this is the way I do it.

    Open Firefox

    Type in Ebay.com

    Highlight the https://www.ebay.com

    Right Click

    Save link as

    Firefox HTML Document

It will now be in Downloads with the Firefox icon, ebay.com

You can right click, and it gives you the option to open with Firefox, or send to the desktop.

I hope this helps you a bit more.

Hi fits79, One more easy thing you can try if you want. Type in Firefox browser Ebay Chat Support Center,

once you are in the site, highlight the Ebay icon, and drag it down to the Firefox icon in the Taskbar,

and it will become a pinned site, so when you right click on the Firefox icon, you can just click the ebay site.
