Show alertbox in blocked website with hosts file

Hi guys

I would like to show any message / alertbox on visiting
a blocked website using the hosts file.

If no possible, maybe redirect the blocked website
to an another one, always using hosts file.

If no possible, maybe displaying any image.

Welcome to the forum. If you put the web address in the host file pointing it to another IP that would do it

is designed to be used alongside HostsMan.

I found both (Edexter and HostsServer) not to be worth the effort and currently don't use either.

Currently I don't worry about what is displayed when a site is blocked just as long as it's blocked.
