BTW here is what my Toolbars look like.

    Rearrange IE Toolbars-addressbar.jpg

As You can see the address bar is way up on top and hardly visible.
Why the next one down which tells me what site I am on is there, I am not sure.

I just soon get rid to the bottom row of tools bars and NOT see it. I don't have clue what the name be so I can turn it off.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    IE11 toolbars

Hi Huffman, Under IE11's settings, have you tried

    Manage add-ons

Toolbars and extensions and disable the unwanted one.

Hi Huffman, Another place to look is

    manage add-ons

    search providers

I was reading a bit about Nzbs and it seems to be about search engines.

Huffman. If you Right Click on the section just below the main top address bar (that is just to the right of what your screen shot shows as "hw to restore the address bar"), it will drop down a menu & you can tick or untick what bars you want or don't want.

Yes, the bar that says "hw to restore the address bar" is the actual site you are currently on.
