Pop-up in IE browser

Last few days I am getting a pop-up in the IE browser. Not sure what it means or if it is dangerous. I clicked the "view certificate" button and the subsequent "certification path" tab. The "details" tab showed a long list. That image is not included with the attached snips.

Anyone know what this is?

Yes, something to do with Yahoo. Looks like it has been around for a long time. Solutions are a bit complicated. Perhaps someone will reply with an Easy Button. Thanks Sobranie for your reply.
