OUTLOOK Import multiple accounts

I want to move my emails to a new computer.
I think I have the export part correct, just not sure about the import part in Outlook 2010.

I have 3 email accounts and have exported to a .pst file each individually to a USB stick.

I've installed Outlook 2010 on new computer.
I've found tutorials on youtube how to import 1 account but not multiple accounts.
Here's where I'm a bit confused & not sure how to proceed.

The last time (years ago) I did this I failed miserably.
If I remember I & ended up with the same sub folders duplicated in each account, tried again and ended up with them all under 1 account... basically I made a mess & had to get others to sort it for me.

This time I thought I should ask FIRST.

Do I import each .pst file straight into Outlook
Do I create the 3 accounts in Outlook and then import the individual .pst file to each account.
another way?
is there anything I should be aware of?

(I hate asking my man how to do computer stuff, it's like us putting flatpacks together always ends up in a fight )

Thai MS website should help you. Read through it to find the info on Outlook 2010. Probably best to import each one separately in case of any problems & check each one has worked before doing the next.

Don't forget your Contacts & Calendar if you use one will need to be imported as well.

Multiple accounts in Outlook

Hi, Is there a way to export the mail accounts that are setup in an installation of Office 2003 so that they can be imported into another installation of Office 2003 on another computer? I can export and import the emails using the *.pst file option but this does not seem to export/import...

Unified inbox for multiple IMAP/exchange accounts? [Outlook 2010]
Hi there, like the subject says. Since I've been using my iPhone 4 with unified inbox for quite a while now, it is a bit annoying to keep switching between IMAP inboxes in outlook 2010. POP3 accounts are fine, all mails can go to one favorite inbox, but IMAP accounts work differently, by the...

Hello, Is there a way to check only one of my mail accounts at a time in Outlook 2010? Not just send/receive all. Outlook 2007 is much easier to configure. Thanks, John
