Small Re-Direct Box/Links appear in Firefox and won't let me logout

Good Day One And All,

I have had this incessant problem for some months now and it is not allowing me to loggout of my yahoo mail I supose that is left open to hackers or something.

It works like this, I "hover" my cursor over the logout link , and a small box with a tiny globe in the center of it appears. When I "hover" over that little box I can see the path of the link. Sometimes it takes me to, other times on other pages to other places. I hate leaving my email program open like that, and only yesterday discovered that I could go into yahoo mail and the account page to then shut the door. There were over 20 incidents where the account was still left open, apparently. I am not really sure how this works, so pardon me for not even possessing the right nomenclature to describe the situation.

Any assist would be greatly appreciated!!

Many thanks in advance!!

There is no menu option to unpin...
