    Can't post to Microsoft Community

My question to the MS Community won't post. Upon submitting my question, a new page reads as shown here below. (I tried several times, with the same result.) Note that my post was well within the 6 to 6000 character limit.

    Navigate to Microsoft Community Website.
Select Participate > Ask a Question

In Ask a Question, outline your particular problem and then Select Category > Community Participation Center, before pressing Submit.
