Need help trying to attach large files (90MB +) outlook email

Im using outlook email, i have attached a brief picture so there are no misunderstandings on what im using.

I would like to attach a few video clips to the email but i get a greyed out message saying this files is to large to send as an attachment. The largest file you can send is 34MB. Try sharing with one drive.

So i uploaded the files to one drive and tried to send the email but then i get message saying "Files can't be shared with one drive when your using plain text formatting"

Any Ideas? Ive never used one drive in the past or anything else like that.

You need to go into Settings->Full Settings->Mail->Compose and change the email format from Plain Text to HTML.

I managed to find "switch to html" under the three dots

I then clicked on: the file i wanted to attach >>> share as a onedrive link

I have sent the email now. Hopefully i done it all correctly.
