"https" is what is triggering the certificate message. Apparently there is no valid certificate for that site. But since it's an internal site, you can safely ignore the message and go to it.

Are you entering "https" or "http" in Windows 7? You must use "https" in order to get that message, and evidently in order to be able to get to that web site.

Here are two things which might fix this:
    1. Clear the SSL State: Tools / Internet Options / Clear SSL State
    2. Reset IE to default condition: Tools / Internet Options / Advanced / Reset
If this doesn't fix it, then try a different browser, such as Firefox.

If you know which update it is, you could try to uninstall that update. On the other hand, if that update is part of the monthly rollup, it will return when the next rollup is pushed down to your computer.

Have you tried "Compatibility View"? This will make IE 11 use the rules of IE 10 for the websites that need it. Sometimes that will fix this kind of problem.

Go to Tools / Compatibility View Settings. Then do either of the following:
    • Add the website to the Compatibility View list.
    • Check "Display intranet sites in Compatibility View".
Then restart IE and try to access the site.

I think you need to use a different browser than IE. That would be the quick and easy solution to this problem.
