    BTW on the comms provision has the NBN been good for you?
    I doubt if I will ever get the NBN. Currently have wireless broadband with a max download speed of about 3MBs on a good day & an upload of about 300KMBs absolute maximum.

    From all the reports I have heard the NBN has generally been fraught with problems & very poor organisation & problem solving. It just seems like the current federal govt. that blames everyone & everything else when they are the main culprit.

    I didn't mean the question to be a "Dorothy Dixer" but I'm not surprised by your answer.
    Leave the job to the engineers with some finance input.
