Suspicious email with the title "Unsubscriber Has Stopped Working"

    I currently run Windows 7 64bit and IE11
Under this I run a Gmail account.
I keep getting these emails, please see attachment.
I have sent Google an email to see if they are aware of it.
Something that might be helpful, within the Gmail account I have a "Spam Filter" but this has nothing to do with something called "unsubscribe"
I will not click on the "reconnect now" link nor will I click on the "contact us" link for the same reason.
    Does anybody have any ideas.

"Unsubscriber" is a service that you can use to unsubscribe from emails that you are getting, so that you don't have to click on the "unsubscribe" link. I've never used it, but I found out about it here:

Apparently your subscription to Unsubscriber has lapsed. Probably because you haven't ever used it, or you haven't used it in a long time.

    Hi there
Thanks for that, I have looked in "Add remove" and it is not listed, I am going to do some more digging.

I don't think you'll find it in "add/remove programs". Likely you received an email from them early on, giving you instructions for unsubscribing from their service. Or perhaps you could go to their website and unsubscribe.

If you don't know your Unsubscriber password, first go to their website and reset your password, then log into your Unsubscriber account and unsubscribe.

The thought occurred to me: maybe you could use Unsubscriber to unsubscribe from Unsubscriber.
