Yes, yes, yes, yes ... at last I've solved it. weeeee
The problem was in a Reg file. I uninstalled IE11 in my other new installed computer and installed IE9. Then i compared the complete Register in Regedit (almost 4 hours) I found there were two strings that were not included in my other computer. So I removed them, and bang now it works
I felt from the beginning that it has to have something to do with the registry, considering the error message said: The class has not been registered.
Sometimes it pays to be stubborn.
However, it had only taken One and a half hours if I had tested right away when I found the strings and had not searched further. It can be a punishment to be too fussy sometimes.
I never usually swear, but this time I'll make an exception .. Damn what good it feels to have solved the problem.
