    IE11 won't run

I have a new installation of Win7 64bit. I can't get IE11 to open. When I select IE11 a blank window opens for a few seconds and then closes. This happens in both normal and safe mode.

In Programs and features, Turn windows features on or off. I have unselected IE11, reboted, selected IE11, rebooted.

I have run this fix in a bat file for IE11:
    reg.exe delete "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main" /v OperationalData /f

I have reverted IE11 to IE10 with this code:
    FORFILES /P %WINDIR%\servicing\Packages /M Microsoft-Windows-InternetExplorer-*11.*.mum /c "cmd /c echo Uninstalling package @fname && start /w pkgmgr /up @fname /norestart
    I have Uninstalled IE11 updates. IE10 doesn't work either.

I have turned on User Administrator with:
    net user administrator /active:yes
net user administrator <Password> (I substituted <Password> for my password)

I have gone into clean boot with Msconfig, Turned off all services that are not MS, Turned off all startup programs. Rebooted.

I have installed IE11 with this file: IE11-Windows6.1-x64-en-us.exe
And then run Windows update to apply all updates. IE11 still doesn't run.

I have run SFC /scannow. It shows no errors.
I have run CHKDSK /r /f It shows no errors.
I have 33gb free on the partition.
I have the latest BIOS installed. 2018

What can I do to get IE11 running?

    Thank you,

    Hello :)
I had trouble with IE9 as I have a thread about in here, though it was a different problem, it was a regfile causing my problem.
But I would try uninstalling IE11 and then installing it through windows update instead.

    Just a thought.

    I finally resolved the issue.

I removed all MS updates relating to IE11. They all didn't say IE11.
In Programs and features, Turn windows features on or off. I have unselected IE8 and reboted.
I deleted all files in C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer.
    I ran Windows Update.
It suggested installing Updates to IE10 and IE11. I only selected IE11.
I ran Windows Updates two more times.
    IE11 is working now.

    Thanks for the help.
