Safari problems with Windows 7 64 bit

Hi everyone, I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit and had Safari installed since I got my retail copy of Windows last month. It had performed well until a few days ago, that every time I tried to launch it would try to start but started failing. Curiously, it always shows as runnning in Processes, but it doesn't show on screen. At the beginning, I would restart the pc and the first launch would be succesful, but after closing and trying again it just wouldn't launch at all and it was always showing runnning in Processes. I have no idea what it could cause this, I thought it would be my firewall ZoneAlarm Extreme Security, but I have tried starting Safari with ZoneAlarm off and the result is the same. I uninstalled it today and downloaded the latest version and it runs ok at the beginning or first run only, it keeps repeating the same behavior plus it also brings up UAC warning asking for permission to run it. It still shows as a running process too.
I would like to know what solution I could use for this as I want Safari to be my main browser. I also have Chrome, Firefox and IE and they all work ok.

I had read that message, thanks. But it doesn't have to do with this at all and there is no Safari 64 bit anyway.
Just want to know why Safari won't launch even it shows as a running process. I tried disabling firewall and Aero in case it was related to them but it is the same. It works ok after a fresh start or restart, but as soon as I open another browser or program the application fails to show on screen. Also I have no idea why it keeps asking me permission through UAC.
