Windows 7 comes with like Internet Explore 8, so you still have to install IE11 anyway :)

But it`s strange not to see the new Icon in the start Menu all applications list.

Why did you install a European version of Windows if you live in Canada A ?

This article is ancient, but explains why IE is not in that version.

European version of Windows 7 will not include browser | Technology | The Guardian

If you have a Legitimate W7 Ultimate key then just download a W7 Ultimate SP1 32 bit Iso file from here and create a usb installer.

Why do you even need IE ? You have Chrome installed.

Open File Explorer, and see if you can find iexplore.exe in either of the following two folders:
    • C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer
    • C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer
If you do, then double click on it, to see what opens up. To see which version it is, click the gearwheel in the upper right of the screen, then click About Internet Explorer. This will tell you which version of IE you are running.

If you find that you are running IE 11, then create a shortcut to the file you clicked on. You can then run IE 11 by clicking on that shortcut.
