How can I locate my Email Server Password from Easy File Transfer?

    My former Systems CPU died.
I chose to rebuild from the Windows-7 Pro install disk.
Selectively, I want to transfer 'some' of the Easy File Transfer data which I had taken prior to the failure.
I installed Office Basic 2007 as that was the Product we used for years.
Office is now asking me for the User Name and Password our ISP has on file.
I could install all of the Easy File Transfer data that's in my File but that defeats my purpose.

Can anyone direct me to the User Name and Password info under Easy File Transfer?

That way I can get just what I need and not have to delete several Gigs of data I no longer need.
Yes, I could go through the ISP, if I knew who to call first.
Here is a list of our ISP providers as things were sold over the past 20 years:
GTE, Verizon, Time Warner, Bright House, Frontier, Spectrum.
Our email has the RR in it for Road Runner as it has from the very beginning.
Phone Tree Roulette with a shot gun isn't any fun.

    Any help would be appreciated.

I 'believe' it is with whatever 'local' ISP means.
The service has been sold to so many companies over the past 20 plus years, who knows.
My email address suffix is: @tampabay.rr.com if that helps.
