June 2018 Quality RollUp Caused Slowdown Of All Browsers?

I just installed June 2018 Monthly Quality Rollup KB4284826 and now ALL my browsers (IE 11; Chrome; FireFox) take a long time to load my Start Google home page. Also, when I click to open a new Tab in any browser it takes really long to open. I checked the MS Update issues list and I see some NIC card driver loss problems for others, but I can get to the internet and normal connection speeds (175meg down/5 up) are achieved. All hardware devices check out in Device Manager as having drivers so any NIC card issue does not appear to be an issue per the MS bulletin.

Anyone have any ideas? Even when submitting this post it took forever.

    Comcast.
I was at 250/15 but downgraded to for cost savings and as part of another package deal.

Comcast has done nothing but decrease and throttle my connections to about 3 Mb/s for over the last 6 years.
By the way I'm in Atlanta GA.

I'll not be able to answer about the roll up as I haven't installed it but have you scanned your PC, may be any malware or virus is causing such an issue ?

And have you tried disabling your home page & checked if you still face an issue ? ie setting to an blank page ?

Usually when I have my softwares slowing down, I run an scan & do sfc scan, somehow it sets my system rite, even though no infections or issues are found.
