IE 11 Crashes on first and sometimes second clicks then fine

This happens only on the first or second click of IE 11 it then works normal.
When I start IE 11 and it will for sure send up a pop up saying ;

Internet Explorer has stopped working .
A Problem has caused the program t stop working windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

I checked the event viewer log and found this every time:
