1 bank website won't accept login on 1 computer, will on other

"Non functional" Dell laptop , win 7 pro, Waterfox (current) , 6 tabs open, 7th tab to Bank, get proper screen, login ( drop down, saved passwords) click, and get a White screen with "Login Error. "

"functional" Lenovo laptop , win 7 Ultimate , Waterfox (current) , 5 tabs open, 6th tab to Bank, get proper screen, login ( drop down, saved passwords) click, and get the expected PIN screen, and a Security Question, and it's fully functional!

I Can also access banking App on smart phone.

LOOKING for any ideas as to what the heck is preventing this computer from getting past the login acceptance screen, while the others have no problems.

    Ideas really appreciated. Thanks

    Hi Justin Denial,
Have you tried Safe Mode from the computer that won't access banking app? If Safe Mode permits access then you have a software/AV conflict. I use Ark-Care to upload my test meter readings and I have to disable Malwarebytes Anti-exploit or no meter upload.
What are you running for Anti-virus, Anti-Exploit & Anti-Ransomware on both machines?
    Are they identical?

To access safe mode, start your computer, immediately begin continually pressing <F8> choose > Safe Mode With Networking for internet access.

Have you tried another browser like Firefox, Chrome or Pale Moon? You may need to purge your cookies and cache. Have you tried Waterfox's safe mode? It could be an add-on or plugin.

If Waterfox is anything like Firefox, you can enter its safe mode by holding the shift key and double clicking on your Waterfox icon.

Perhaps your saved password is incorrect. Have you tried entering it manually?

Waterfox is an open-source web browser for 64-bit operating systems, with an aim to be speedy, ethical, and maintain support for legacy extensions dropped by Firefox, from which it is forked. There are official releases for 64-bit Windows (including a portable version), macOS, 64-bit Linux, and 64-bit Android.

Waterfox is based on Firefox and is compiled using various compilers and using Intel's Math Kernel Library, Streaming SIMD Extensions 3 and Advanced Vector Extensions. Linux builds are built with Clang. Waterfox is continuing to support the long-standing XUL and XPCOM add-on capability that Firefox removed in version 57.

I installed Waterfox a while back, didn't like it and had issues uninstalling it. Had to finally use Revo Uninstaller.
With the current Firefox being Firefox Quantum, I don't believe there is any advantage to using it over Firefox Quantum. If there ever was an advantage using Waterfox, I didn't observe any on my laptop with single core or on my desktop with quad core.

To add to my inquiry as to what you were running AV, are you using the same browser on both machines also? Looking for commonality on both machines.
