Best Spam Filters for Microsoft Outlook 2016?

So a few of my email addresses and getting TONS OF SPAM and it's getting very old and outlook 2016 is worthless when it comes to filtering out email SPAM. Same with Norton.

I get these types of pop-ups very frequently from Malwarebytes warning about these domains trying to do drive by malware installs or something by merely having view images allowed in my email view. It might just be "adware" but I'm sick of all this spam making my inboxes very messy!!

Here's a few examples. All of them end in .icu for some reason...?

So, I'd like to see what experience people have with Anti SPAM software? I did a quick search and this site came up suggesting SPAM Bully and a few others.

Best E-Mail Spam Filter 2018 - Software for Blocking Spam

I'd like something that's cost effective and integrates easily with Outlook 2016. I'd hoping it's smart and allows most of my legitimate email through based on my filters that I have to filter my email etc. I know it will take some learning to tell the program what's SPAM vs. Not SPAM but hopefully it's painless and smooth.

    Thanks for any suggestions!

Have you tried using the Junk Mail settings in Outlook. On the Home page look at the Ribbon & over on the LH side you will see Junk with a small down arrow, select that & then to Junk Email Options. You will see there a lot of things you can set.

Yeah, the Junk mail setting in Outlook didn't work good at all. I'm going to look into buying one of the SPAM solutions. I'll probably skip SPAM Bully since they want $30/year.

    Thanks for any other suggestions.
