Issues with reCAPTCHA

Hi,
*I have Windows7 *Internet Explorer *Google Chrome *Firefox
I'm not real computer "savvy"
Here's my issue:
Every time now when I’m on a any website, and there is a, for example, CONTACT From to fill out. At the end, I’m being asked: I'm not a Robot from this reCAPTCHA. And every time when i click that little sq. box and it pulls up a larger box with several squares of pics to answer it's question, my checkmark in each box keeps disappearing and not being excepted! I keep trying and trying to no avail! Then i end up not being able to submit my contact form. I have tried several browsers, again, same results.

I'm not sure if I understood you correctly,



do you mean - boxes disappear forever or do they come with flashing new pictures ?



There are 2 types of picture verification - in one of them, when you click an picture it disappears for a sec & comes up with a new picture in that box (at times it take more than an couple of seconds too for the new image to appear, depending on our internet speed as well). Where as the other verification method the picture stays put.

I was just telling you what the Google Recaptcha help says to do for your problem. The procedure would be the same in each browser but I suggested trying it with IE first just to see if it works. Did you try it?
