I've been experiencing an issue recently where notifications aren't displaying consistent behavior. I work with a live chat provider that sends a chrome notification each time a message is sent. Throughout the notifications will work as expected and then begin failing as the day goes on. At times I can go days before I start to receive notifications again.

In working with the live chat provider, we can tell that their notifications are reaching my Chrome. I want to see if there is something on my machine that may be blocking the notifications. We have went through numerous resets, Chrome Settings and Windows settings but have not yet found the issue. Any help would be appreciated.
