Popup ads coming up when clicking too close to right edge of screen

Something has gotten onto my Windows 7 PC, when I click too close to the right edge of the screen, an ad pops up, usually from the same company, but sometimes from other companies.

How can I get rid of it, as it is very annoying?

[1] Run a FULL AV [Anti-Virus] system scan.
[2] Download and run Malwarebytes [FREE] => Malwarebytes.

    I hope this helps!

I ran my anti-virus program and I have Super Antispyware, but that doesn't solve the problem.

OK, but did you run Malwarebytes [FREE] => Malwarebytes?

Malwarebytes is free to try for 14 days, then you have to buy it. It is not free. :-(

The full Malwarebytes for Windows is free for 14 days and then it reverts to a cut down version, which is FREE and still worth having!

    I hope this helps!
