Recommended IE version for windows 7?

    The very fact you own a vehicle proves my point...You have to register it and get plates and your Motor Vehicle office knows plenty about you just from your registration info... Motor vehicle probably has more info on you then your cell phone would ever have...And they probably share it too with other agencies..

    No, you are missing the point. MVD has only the info I give them (and that is no more than absolutely necessary). By making it difficult for the bad guys to track me, they will move on to easier pickings.
