Stop Mousewheel from Scrolling in Browsers

How can I disable Ctrl+[Mousewheel Scroll] zooming of webpages?

I don't know that you can, I'm not sure but think it's built into the browser. Have you checked your mouse properties to see what they are set at ?

The only other thing I could suggest is don't scroll the mousewheel while holding the Ctrl button

No options to set it in any browser, or at Control Panel > Mouse > Wheel.

It's not built-in in the browser, but Windows itself. Try it it just works a bit different.

Yes, these are my desktop icons completely zoomed out XD

AFAIK it cannot be turned off... although you could always install a mouse without the wheel if you wished...

If you have Logitech SetPoint installed, you can set the Scrolling Size window to none, and it will do what you want.
