Adobe in Firefox and/or in Internet explorer

Tax time is when i get to use my printer the most. I have Adobe reader as my default. When i open a tax form in Firefox, my default browser, it appears nicely, but when i try to make a printout I get a lot of gibbershish, like where a character is present, you see instead a square box's with "X"'s. Now, opening it up in internet explorer, I have no problem at all. Why isn't Adobe and FF communicating as far as getting a decent printout?

Have you installed the Adobe Flash Player for Firefox, there is a separate version which needs to be installed. This Adobe website might help you.

I'm completely divorced from all Adobe products ever since the clowns went cloud based. I have Foxit Reader installed for viewing and saving PDFs on the internet. I use Qoppa's PDF Studio Pro for reading, editing, and creating PDFs on my computer. for websites that only give an option to print PDFs instead of downloading them, I use a virtual printer--PDDF Creator--to "print" them to a PDF.
