Outlook 2007 not indexing, Warning 3036 Gatherer

Hello. I'm not able to search my email due to Outlook not being able to index my pst file. I've tried all solutions I found online with no luck. Below are the errors I encounter and things I've tried to fix it. Please help as I heavily rely on searching emails and just wasting my time searching them one by one. Thank you.

    -Started new pst
-Rebuild index via regedit and in Outlook
    -Create new mail profile
-Closed out other pst files with 1 remaining active
    -Repair Outlook without success

Hello ervxt, welcome to the Forum.
You want to review the Locations included in the Search Index, and see if there are any that you do not need.
For example, you can remove One Note and/or Sticky Notes if you do not intent to search inside these locations.
Once you have removed unneeded locations from the Search Index, then you can re-build the search index.
    Here is how:
Index Locations - Add or Remove
    Index - Rebuild

    Hello and thank you.
I've checked the locations and the only one I have checked is Outlook. I've read online to remove offline files but I don't see it in the included locations. Any other suggestions? Thank you.
