Printing Problem with Chrome & TD Ameritrade

We've always been able to print out our TD Ameritrade account info with Chrome. But a few days ago when we got to the part where it actually displays the dollars and cents, the print preview was essentially blank. It did have the date at the top left of the page and the words TD Ameritrade at the top center. At the very bottom of the page was the website address and the notation 1/1 (page one of one ). Actually printing the page gave the same thing as the preview.

I couldn't find any other pages that exhibited the same behavior in Chrome. Everything looked fine, even on secure sites.

But strangely, when I went into TD Ameritrade with IE11, the print/preview were displaying as they always had with Chrome.

Somehow I thing it's something that my wife accidentally did (she's the finance person in the house).

Does any of this sound familiar?

There is no good free. I purchased gold bundle of all converters from CoolUtils.com, the bundle paid off! Per per is very cheap at bundle price. As time went on, I found strange files that needed conversion, and the pay-fors reside on local HD, can do multiples. I recommend patience during the learning curve and usage.
I post this to show what I ended up doing for file conversions -- everyone encouraged to find their own solution.
