There is some time that it is annoying me. When I open Chrome it generates 10 processes in TM with just only ONE tab. WTF is that?
Also I have the habit of keep several tabs opens (say 10) and when I check TM there is nothing less than 30 Chromes processes or so. Is this correct? I already ran Spybot to see if there is some kind of malware but it doesn't find anything.

Banyarola, does Chrome also generate a process for each tab that is opened within Windows? Ditto for Chromebooks?
That is the way Chrome works. Browser extensions will run under separate processes. Multiple tabs on the same website can share the same process. But modern webpages have become very complex and depending on needs one tab may use 2 or more processes.
In earlier browsers everything was done with multiple threads under one process. The advantage of this is smaller resource requirements. The downside is that a failure on one webpage could easily bring down the entire browser. Not good if you have many tabs open. Multiple processes have the advantage of isolation. Chrome was early to adopt this. If there is a failure on one tab likely only it will be effected. The downside to this is that processes have heavier resource requirements than threads. But with the memory and processing resources available on modern computers this was considered justified.
Using multiple processes is a current trend in browsers. Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Opera do this and there are others as well. Chrome does tend to take this farther than other browsers.
