Here is another reason not to like Microsoft

MS has found a way to install a small program on my Laptop and I can't get rid of it!
It's listed in Programs and Features as "Bing Provided Search" and I can't get rid of it!
I don't want to having anything to do with "Bing"!
Does anybody know how I can find where this program might be hiding on my PC,
and go about removing it?

You can rollback the computer to the most convenient restore point.
That should remove any traces.

@warp4dennis, have you tried any malware detection tools yet? If not, run ADWCleaner for a start...

warp4dennis, be aware that adwcleaner can be caustic, in the found page, drill down if need be, eliminate only what pertains to Bing Provided Search, well, ok, any other suspicious stuff.
