SendTo a specific "Mail Recipient"

I wanted to add Microsoft Word to SendTo menu. Adding a shortcut to SendTo folder is not working for me.

But when attempting to send a file to an email, the email option does not appear in the context menu. I have searching but possibly not in the right place :( Maybe someone can shine a light. :geek:
