How to check all the mail?

    Hello,

I have 5 accounts and I am tired of checking all the them, is there a software to check them all in the same time ? if so what is it called ? and is it hard to configure it ?

    Thanks

There are lots of mail checking programs and even a few widget/gadget type resources for this, just have a hunt around places like Snapfiles and other freeware or shareware sites.

Hi and welcome first you probably should tell us what mail client you are now using and where the mail comes from (like msn, yahoo, an isp, etc)

I have eight accounts that all get checked automatically and my mail stays open 24x7

    Hope this helps

Download and install Windows Live Mail and setup it with all of your accounts.

Thought I'd give that a whirl. Within a number of hours it crashed every gadget on my desktop each time it found mail (triple GMail A/c's)... so I'm going to stick to my tray notification program which is rock solid and easier to configure...

I use Mailwasher, I have several accounts, it checks what is on each server and marks any it believes to be spam, you go through all the emails and check out what is waiting for you on the ISP's servers then when you've sorted out which ones you want it will download them into whatever email client you are using, I use Windows Live Mail.

Hey Joan, I have used Mailwasher for years. I have just got a new laptop with Win 7 and am trying to use Windows Live Mail. The problem I having is that WLM is automatically downloading mail before I get to Mailwasher to delete etc. I have the boxes for check every xx minutes and check on startup unchecked but it doesn't seem to make any difference.

    Any ideas?
